Sipping with the Supe

Hello TUSD Families, The next session of “Sipping with the Supe” is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1st, from 7:30-10:00 AM at Kohnen's Bakery. Sipping with the Supe meetings are held monthly during the school year to provide an informal opportunity for parents, guardians, and community members to drop by and share suggestions, questions, concerns, and comments about TUSD programs and services. Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!

TUSD Families, It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome students, teachers, staff, and families to the 2024-2025 school year.    School will officially begin on Wednesday, August 14th!  Team TUSD has been hard at work over the summer months preparing for a great school year.  Our theme for this year is “WE ARE TUSD”. This message is meant to convey TUSD’s dedication to working together on behalf of the students and families we serve.  It was Helen Keller who is credited with saying, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”    YOU  are part of our team too. Strong partnerships with families and the community are essential to the success of our students. I encourage you to become involved in any way that you can, whether it be by volunteering in one of our schools, attending a Tehachapi High School sporting event, or staying connected to the latest school and District updates by signing up for ParentSquare. It is also critical for families to stay up to date on their student’s academic progress by signing up for Aeries Parent Portal, where they can check in on their student's grades and progress. When visiting schools this year, you will also see security, safety, and facility enhancements, including audio components added to our automated entry doors to the office and reception area at each school. All visitors will need to be “buzzed in” to gain access to the campus. While we recognize that this may present a mild inconvenience to campus visitors, it will greatly improve school security and safety on every TUSD campus.  As a parent or guardian, if you need assistance in accessing ParentSquare or the Aeries Parent Portal, please reach out to our Technology Department by emailing:  techsupport@tehachapiusd.com We are here to support you. Bus Pass Information

Dear Parents/Guardians, The Transportation Department has begun processing bus pass applications. On July 29th, we will start sending out emails to notify you that your bus pass is ready. Please be patient during this time, as we cannot interrupt our progress to search for a specific application.
