New Feature Alert! Online Permission Slips/Forms

ParentSquare users, you asked and we listened. We are excited to share with you the most requested feature of this summer, ParentSquare Permission Slips! We are happy to announce that parents will now be able to electronically sign online permission slips and forms.

Whether you need signatures for a field trip, an electronic use agreement or confirmation of receipt of the parent handbook, you can now do all of this on ParentSquare. 

Schools send an average of 20-30 permission slips and waiver forms home for each student every year. Parents and administrator spend hours on end sending out these slips and reminders to parents.

ParentSquare Permission Slips will make teachers and administrators’ job easier by allowing them to electronically create, send and receive approval from parents in minutes! Parents will receive an instant notification and with one simple click, can approve any document, on any device, from anywhere. Best of all, teachers and administrators will be able to pull a report of all completed forms.

Electronic signatures will help reduce paperwork, time and cost. Under the ESIGN Act, electronic signatures are any electronic symbol reasonably related to a contract created with the intent to sign that contract. ParentSquare requires parents to sign into their account and type out their full name as it appears in ParentSquare in the electronic signature field.
