If you had to teach any subject, what would it be?
ESL – In the past I have taught English as a Second Language and enjoyed the wealth of learning and culture, and making international friends and travel opportunities.
Do you have any pets?
Conroy (Terrier Mix) and Yuzu (Cockatiel).
Favorite restaurant?
Le Petit Valentine – a very small French restaurant in a beautiful courtyard in downtown Santa Barbara. My favorite date night with my husband.
What are you most likely doing on a Saturday afternoon?
Yoga, reading, enjoying the beach or farmer’s market.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Thai food. I guess that is technically a food ‘group’ but still – I never tire of it.
If your life was a movie, what would the title be?
LOL – Life of Laurel.
What’s your favorite holiday?
Summer Solstice/July 4 – long days, ocean swims, friends, and warm nights.
If you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?
Ridding the world of single use plastics.
What is the nerdiest thing you do in your free time?
I play the flute.
One thing you cannot live without?
Bubbly water – I’m addicted!
