Message from our Founder:

As the novel coronavirus advances around the world, we’re thinking of you and your school communities. We want to reassure you that ParentSquare is here to serve your needs and we’re ready to support you in whatever way we can.

Our tech team is making sure our infrastructure works reliably — we have more than doubled our capacity to handle the increased web traffic and database load — and we continue to closely monitor. We’re also rolling out improvements and enhancements to support our clients as they ramp up remote learning.

Our content research team is striving every minute to bring you better resources, best practices and ideas on how to use ParentSquare (and communication platforms in general) for effective communication and remote learning during the current situation.

Our customer success team is working around the clock to assist our customers and to implement ParentSquare rapidly for those that may not have an effective communication method in place.

If you would like to learn more about ParentSquare, you’re welcome to join our daily demos and client refresher trainings, or contact us to book a virtual one-to-one meeting. Here are some resources we have put together: some from our own experience serving two-way school communications and others based on what our schools around the nation are doing.

Daily Tips: K12 Communications to Navigate COVID-19

As districts and schools enter new remote learning territory, we’re seeing success stories and ideas come out of the schools and districts we work with, as well as the wider K12 community.

We’re posting them in a dedicated space and sharing them out to anyone who’s interested.

All schools are invited to share actual communications examples and strategies with us, so can we get them into the hands of people at other schools tackling similar situations.

Sign up to get the Getting Used to Remote Communications: Daily Tips every weekday. We’ll email you right away with the first two tips (showcasing several schools’ messaging) as well as the link to submit your own work.

Other COVID-19 Communications Resources

Customers: here are some ideas on how you can use ParentSquare to navigate the COVID-19 situation. We also have information on key product updates to support remote learning, including Resource Hub and our Lesson Planet integration.

We have posted school-to-home best practices to support all K12 schools on our open ParentSquare Learning Network:

We wish you and your community good health and look forward to the day we can all take a deep breath, knowing this is over. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like more information.

Kind regards,

Anu Vaid
