Ready for GDPR: Updates to our Privacy Policy

We recently updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in November to bring it up-to-date with our practices. Now, we’re making small changes to our Privacy Policy to improve clarity in order to meet the new standards for data privacy introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Even though the GDPR only applies to personal information of European data subjects, we’re applying these standards to ALL customer data that we process.

Here’s a quick summary of the changes. There is no change to how we use or share your personal information.

Improved clarity and transparency. Our users’ privacy is very important to us. Other than the information we collect and the way we use it, we have described our data processing practices and outlined information we share to operate and maintain our services.

More control to you over your information. We have made it easy for you to control the information you provide to us. Our policy explains how you can make choices about your information and how you can contact us.

EU Data Subjects: We’ve included a separate section to describe the rights for data subjects in the European Union.

We encourage you to read the updated policy in full. The changes will come into effect on May 25, 2018.
