Help your community show up for success with these best practices for reducing chronic absenteeism

ParentSquare Year in Review

As I take a moment to reflect on the past year, I am so inspired to see more and more schools embrace parents as true partners in educating our youth. I continue to learn from our amazing schools using ParentSquare in new ways to improve communication with families and build strong and happy communities.

While we have plenty of exciting things in store for you next year, I’d like to reflect for a moment on how far we’ve come in 2015.

Product Releases

In addition to Teacher Conferences, RSVPs and hundreds of little improvements, we launched a few really big features as well:

Smart Alerts

To help schools better inform parents in case of urgent situations, we introduced Smart Alerts an intelligent voice and text notification system.

100% Parent Reach

Our new Registration App brings your parent contact data to life, giving admins and teachers visibility into student families that are not being reached or have incorrect email or phone in ParentSquare.

SIS Integrations

We announced our partnership with PowerSchool, among other integrations like Aeries Student Information System and more.

Mobile Apps

The iOS App got a major facelift with posting capabilities, wonderful user experience and much improved performance. We will be enhancing the Android app in 2016 as well.

Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard is designed to help schools easily track and measure their parent reach, engagement and participation. Our intuitive dashboard gives visibility into delivery statistics, parent commenting and even volunteer hours.

Wall of Love

We made it easy for all our schools to share their amazing stories about using Parentsquare at welove.parentsquare.com. Check what others are saying!

Fresh Content

We not only developed more engagement tools but also ideas and inspiration to build rocking school communities.

Webinars

We hosted live webinars with thought-leaders in the education industry who provided practical tips and real examples of how they successfully engage parents everyday.
