Student Information System (SIS) Partners
Ensuring seamless integration through collaborative support and documentation
Aeries Communications, powered by ParentSquare, is available through Aeries and utilizes an API connection. Aeries school districts in California and Texas enjoy a strong integration between ParentSquare and Aeries through single sign-on and Aeries branding.
AIM 3.0 Standard and AIM 3.0 Premium are powered by ParentSquare and are available through Sam Spectra and utilize an API connection. Sam Spectra school districts in MIssissippi enjoy a strong integration between ParentSquare and Sam Spectra through single sign-on and Central Access branding.
Aequitas offers ParentSquare as their preferred parent communication solution integration in CA (Q) and MI (MISTAR). Aequitas and ParentSquare meet regularly to ensure the data flow from Q and MISTAR to ParentSquare is well documented and maintaine.
ParentSquare has joined the Follett partner program which gives ParentSquare districts ready access to support for setting up the SFTP connection.
Skyward identifies the ParentSquare integration as one of their preferred Family and Parent Engagement solution integrations. Skyward and ParentSquare meet regularly to ensure the data flow from Skyward to ParentSquare is well documented and maintained.
As a partner of PowerSchool, ParentSquare is able to offer to our shared customers a PowerSchool supported API connection, along with single sign-on, to PowerSchool SIS and eSchoolPlus.
Mindex identifies the ParentSquare integration as their only preferred Family and Parent Engagement solution integration. Mindex and ParentSquare meet regularly to ensure the data flow from Mindex to ParentSquare is well documented and maintained.

In addition to our formal SIS partners, we work very closely with many Student Information Systems. Importing data and single sign on are important. ParentSquare works well with dozens of SIS, as shown here.
Enhancing ParentSquare
Strengthening the K-12 Community through Collaborative Solutions and Integrations
ParentSquare users can enhance their Posts with MyVideoSpot. Beyond just inserting videos, MyVideoSpot enables users to create, edit, and seamlessly embed videos into their Posts. Users also gain access to MyVideoSpot's full suite of media management tools, tailored for educational institutions.
Canva for Education and ParentSquare have teamed up to produce a resource library that empowers educators to enhance communications across the communities they serve. Search Canva for ‘ParentSquare’ graphic resources to import into ParentSquare to create visually appealing communications.
Smart Sites on its own addresses ADA compliance. For districts who wish to have expanded compliance services, Monsido provides options.
Fee based service for districts who wish to have several language translation options through a widget on their Smart Site powered website.
Through a research study lead by LearnPlatform, ParentSquare meets the standards of evidence in Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) aligning with Level III “Promising Evidence”
Class Intercom and Parent Square have teamed up to centralize and streamline school communications, including social media. Class Intercom’s school social media management software empowers schools to be intentional about the PR and storytelling that happens on their social channels.
