How it works for staff

  1. Select a ParentSquare user to call, or use the dialer to call a 10-digit US phone number.
  2. Staff members can add notes and log the reason for each call.
  3. Teachers and staff have oversight of their own conversations, and administrators can access call logs as needed.

How it works for families

  2. Parents and guardians can save the number as a contact and call back as needed.
